Terms of Service — JemJob

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to JemJob. By creating an account and using the service accessible at https://jemjob.app (“the Service”), you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

JemJob is an application that helps its users search for a job or an internship by generating, with the help of artificial intelligence, personalized application emails and sending them from the user’s own Gmail account to recruiters designated by the user themselves.

JemJob is an assistance tool. We do not guarantee any outcome in terms of employment, interviews, or responses from recruiters.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are of the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (profile, CV, target companies) and for the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

5. Connecting Your Gmail Account

The Service requires that you authorize access to your Gmail account in order to send application emails on your behalf. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Emails are sent from your own Gmail address, and you are their actual sender.
• You are solely responsible for the final content sent and for the recipients you designate.
• JemJob uses this access solely for sending, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You can revoke this access at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JemJob to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm third parties.
• Send content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person.
• Circumvent the technical limits of the Service or disrupt its operation.

You are solely responsible for the content of your applications and the choice of your recipients. You agree to comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection rules.

7. AI-Generated Content

Emails are generated using an artificial intelligence service based on the information you provide. You are invited to review and approve the content before sending. JemJob is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate wording in the generated content. The final content remains your responsibility as the sender.

8. Payments and Packs

The Service is offered in the form of paid application packs, purchased on a one-time basis (non-recurring). Payments are processed by our provider Chariow. Prices are displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.

Given the digital and immediately consumable nature of the Service, purchases are in principle non-refundable once the applications have been sent, except in the event of a proven malfunction of the Service or where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its brand, its code, and its design are the property of JemJob. Your data and the content you provide (CV, profile information) remain your property.

10. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JemJob is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all liability for indirect damages, loss of employment opportunities, undelivered emails, or the consequences of using the generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application pack concerned.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a violation of these Terms, in particular in the event of abusive use or sending of spam. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher’s place of establishment. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, subject to the protective legal provisions applicable to consumers.
